Tanesha Cameron-ColeTanesha obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and a Masters in Business Administration with a concentration in Strategic Management, both from Syracuse University. Throughout her career, she has focused on program development and delivery, from childhood education to college student support services. Notably, she served as the Director of School Based Programs for Coordinated Care Services in Syracuse, where she oversaw a staff of 90 executing two major programs with a combined budget of $6M. Most recently, Tanesha served as the Executive Director of the Rocky Mount Region of Communities in Schools of North Carolina, serving over 1,200 students across 24 sites. Tanesha lives outside Raleigh, NC with her husband and three children. She is energetic, strategic, grounded, and generous. Tanesha is passionate about mentorship and advocacy, spending time outside of professional roles serving on the boards of two organizations focused on supporting underrepresented young men and women.

Amanda GrahamAmanda Graham brings over 17 years’ experience working with nonprofit agencies in fundraising and development. Receiving her master’s degree in public administration, specializing in nonprofit management, from New York University, Amanda has worked and consulted for dozens of nonprofit agencies in both the United States and Canada. Amanda has a vast knowledge in strategic fund development planning, sponsorship development and audits, capital campaigns, prospect research, corporate and major gift fundraising, and grant writing. Amanda has worked on and led development departments and campaigns ranging from $100,000 to $50 million dollars. She has passion for youth and education and is excited to grow Nourish’s development base. Amanda currently serves as the local AFP Chapter President. Growing up in sunny Florida, Amanda has lived and traveled all over the United States and Canada. In her spare time, Amanda enjoys sci-fi novels and movies along with being outdoors and camping with her kids.

Andrew StoweAndrew is currently a Strategy Consultant at Deloitte Consulting. Previously, he drove operations for a technology startup accelerator Techstars. As a graduate of UNC-Chapel Hill, where he studies international business, Andrew spent all 4 years of his undergraduate career with Nourish-UNC, serving as Ventures Co-Chair and as Co-President. During his time with Nourish-UNC, Andrew helped refine the overarching mission and vision of the chapter and helped redefine the chapter’s partner engagement model. He is passionate about the opportunities for leadership development Nourish provides and is excited to contribute to further elevating the experience of students, alumni, and partners through the next evolution of the organization.

Zebrina WarnerZebrina is the co-founder of Zero Six Group, an organization that translates and transfers best military leadership practices and models to help private sector leaders excel in their positions. She has spent the last two decades designing impactful educational experiences for senior executives, but her true talent lies in leadership development and coaching. Zebrina helps individuals identify and align their values, passion, and identity with their purpose. She believes those who truly understand themselves can authentically lead from their hearts and become stronger leaders. She is also a Program Director at the Institute for Defense and Business, a non-profit education and research organization, and is responsible for overseeing several major programs in the organization’s portfolio.

Chelsea CheungChelsea first got involved with Nourish International in the Fall of 2013. She co-founded the University of Houston Nourish International chapter and led as president for 2 years. Chelsea received her B.S. in Applied Statistics with minors in Mathematics and Economics from the University of Houston. During her undergraduate career, Chelsea was elected by her peers in the College of Natural Sciences and Mathematics (NSM) to serve as their Student Government Association Senator and went on to be elected by her Senate peers as the Speaker of the Senate. She also served as chair of the NSM Service Scholars which is an initiative backed by the NSM college to encourage students to create service programs in the community in order to build up and give back to Houston. Currently, Chelsea works as a Senior Data and Learning Analyst for Greater Houston Community Foundation (GHCF) supporting Understanding Houston, which is GHCF's regional indicators initiative tracking data for hundreds of quality of life indicators for the Houston region.

Steve HadererSteven is a proud Nourish alum, having founded the American University chapter during his senior year there. He received both his BA, Public Communication, and his MBA from American. Steven’s career has seen him focus on strategic planning and program development. He spent five years at CVS Health & Aetna, where he was a founding member of an accelerated leadership development rotational program. During this time, Steven worked extensively to build program infrastructure and governance, with a focus on recruitment, mentorship, and professional development. Thanks to his program experience as well as his time as a Nourish chapter founder, Steven realized a true passion and joy for coaching and empowering students and early-career talent. Steven finds purpose when he collaborates closely with groups of smart, energetic, committed people working toward a shared goal. An avid Harry Potter fan and Disney enthusiast, Steven lives outside of Orlando, FL.

Nate HardingNate’s life is guided by the following question: How will we evolve our norms, laws, and institutions such that all people define and achieve their own flourishing while living in balance with each other and the planet? This inquiry led him to design a Bachelor's degree in Education & Community Studies at Davidson College. After completing the degree, Nate traveled the globe as a high school study abroad program leader, where he designed, facilitated, and evaluated community-based experiential learning programs. Nate went on to serve as a consultant and coach at The Bridgespan Group, where he advised nonprofits and philanthropies to clarify their intended impact, improve operating models, strengthen executive teams, and lead organizational change. Nate currently serves as Senior Manager at Social Impact Exchange, where he supports a multi-sector network of ~6,000 leaders to co-design, co-fund, and implement initiatives to transform society’s systems toward equity and justice.

Kevin J. HarrellKevin is a certified public health professional who earned a BSPH in Health Policy and Administration and an MPH in Health Behavior and Health Education from the UNC Gillings School of Global Public Health. He has worked in higher education settings for 22 years, having served as Adjunct Professor at North Carolina Central and Saint Augustine’s Universities, Director of Health Promotion at Wake Forest University, and Health Education Specialist at Duke University. His work developing the Duke Farmers Market earned him the U.S. Health and Human Services 2004 Innovation in Prevention Award. Kevin enjoys educating students and families on the importance of sexual health, sleep, stress management, nutrition, self-care, and substance abuse prevention. Nearly ten years ago, Kevin turned his hobby into a small business, specializing in making fashion accessories including bow ties and one-of-a-kind leather goods. Becca holtBecca Holt (she/her) is a Nourish UCLA alum ('13) as well as an alum of the Nourish national office. At UCLA, Becca ran her Nourish Chapter's thrift sale and was Chapter President. She holds a B.A. in International Development Studies and a minor in Women's Studies. Becca has a passion for social justice and working with survivors of all forms of violence. After Nourish, Becca worked at a social enterprise in the jewelry industry. In 2017, she joined Equal Rights Advocates, a gender justice civil rights organization. There, she advocated for student survivors of sexual assault. Today, Becca is at UC Berkeley School of Law. Summer 2022 she is a Deportation Defense and Asylum Law Clerk at La Raza Centro Legal in San Francisco. Her legal experience includes bail relief projects, tenants' rights clinics, and asylum cases for LGBTIA+ immigrants and survivors of domestic violence. Becca loves to hike, meditate, read, and visit her nieces. She lives with her spouse and doggo in Oakland, CA.

Jack ShannonJack graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Peace, War, and Defense. During his time at UNC, he volunteered abroad with non-profit organizations in Kayenje, Uganda and Cape Town, South Africa. Jack was also a member of UNC’s Nourish chapter and a Corporate Outreach intern at NI’s headquarters in Chapel Hill. Since graduating in 2017, he has worked for public policy think tanks in Raleigh, NC and Arlington, VA. Jack currently lives in the Washington, DC area where he manages an international grants program for Atlas Network. He is proud to be a member of Nourish International’s Board of Directors and is constantly inspired by Nourish’s mission to empower young leaders around the world.

Kate wigginsKate is a leadership and small business cheerleader. Her work includes facilitating leadership development programs, educating and coaching active and aspiring entrepreneurs, and guiding small organizations through transitions large and small. She owned a coffee shop & bakery in Bozeman, Montana for nine years, where she came to truly appreciate the impact of social enterprise. She has a BS in Business Administration from the University of North Carolina, an MA in Southern Studies from the University of Mississippi, and a Sustainable Management certificate from Duke. Kate is passionate about growing entrepreneurial opportunity and access, social enterprise, being outside, dogs (specifically her own, Sugar), and snail mail – which she cultivates through her postcard subscription company.

Cameshia WilliamsCameshia graduated from Coastal Carolina University with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science with double minors in Sociology and Women's & Gender Studies in May of 2021. Although, Nourish is not present on the campus of CCU, Cameshia was still involved in several clubs and organizations during her time at CCU. Cameshia currently works for a non-profit and research institute based in Chapel Hill, NC as a Program Associate. Cameshia is passionate about diversity and inclusion because it shows the power of representation by surrounding oneself around diverse thought leaders and providing safe spaces for people to be their true, authentic self. She is currently working towards a Master's in Public Administration with career aspirations in non-profit management.

Nicolette ZaleskyNicolette completed her BA in Business Administration from the University of Oregon and her MSc in International Management from Nyenrode Business Universiteit. Nicolette was first introduced to Nourish International during her final year at the University of Oregon. Her experience with Nourish was a foundational part in developing her leadership skills and introducing her to social practices in business. She continued to develop a passion for sustainability and social businesses while she studied for her master’s degree in the Nethrelands. Here she worked with organization that helped social entrepreneurs in developing countries mature their business models and funding, as well as co-published an article in the Journal of Organizational Change Management on Business, society and the need for stewardship orientation. Currently, Nicolette is a Senior Consultant at EY where she works with executives to help them transform their businesses to drive lasting positive impact. She is thrilled to be back serving an organization that helped develop her into the leader she is today.
